CSG training is a mandatory requirement for every security guard, so we have made it compulsory for all of our guards to attend. Organised by PDRM at local PULAPOL bases under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS), we utilise every available PDRM training centre to mitigate the shortage of seats.

Our Armed Security Guards undergo practical shooting training twice a year, conducted by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and organised by HBT FORCE. Starting from the CSG course, a small team of qualified personnel is hand-picked and trained to carry firearms in their daily duties.

Our Nepalese Security Guards are selected and well trained by the Security Academy in Kathmandu, Nepal. All are required to attend the Certified Trained Nepal Guards (TNG) course organised by PDRM at local PULAPOL bases under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS).
